About Jordan Growth Properties:

Jordan Growth Properties is committed to Student Housing Investments and Investors. 
  • Source off-market student housing investments (usually $5,000,000 and greater)
  • Sourcing land for development at large universities nationwide.
  • Identify and Source existing real estate for redevelopment into student housing (Office, industrial, retail, older apartments)
  • Bring together Investors, Operators, Equity, Lenders and Sellers to make deals happen.

What we are looking for:

  • Property - We are looking for well located multifamily housing assets within 1-2 miles of large four-year universities. 100+ units
  • Land - Land that can be developed within 1-2 miles of large four-year universities. Bigger parcels (usually 2+ acres)
  • Investors - Individuals, funds, endowments and families that are looking to invest in Student Housing assets.  We can help you place your money in a very stable investment sector.
  • Buyers - You've got a piece of property, but don't have the capital to close, or need an operating partner.
  • Developers - You've got the land, but not the equity? We want to help.
  • Redevelopments - Great land, but with old buildings, or underutilized buildings in place that can be redeveloped into Student Housing.  Usually in Urban markets.
