What we are looking for:
Property - We are looking for well located multifamily housing assets within 1-2 miles of large four-year universities. 100+ units
Land - Land that can be developed within 1-2 miles of large four-year universities. Bigger parcels (usually 2+ acres)
Investors - Individuals, funds, endowments and families that are looking to invest in Student Housing assets. We can help you place your money in a very stable investment sector.
Buyers - You've got a piece of property, but don't have the capital to close, or need an operating partner.
Developers - You've got the land, but not the equity? We want to help.
